This is your time to reconnect to your yourself. No matter what your intentions are for taking this step in your journey, we will ensure you are reconnecting to yourself through movement. One of our biggest areas to focus on, is self awareness. As you build this, your body will be encouraged to adapt to the stressors life throws your way.

We build from the ground up to allow you to learn your body’s mechanics, and for you to function at your best. Every workout, every exercise, has a distinct purpose. All programs are created custom for you as an individual, your body needs, and your personal goals.

Online Training

Jerame builds your plan step by step to ensure safety & efficiency for every workout. Whether you work out at the gym, home, or the office, we will build a plan for you with pictures and video demonstrations.

Our plans include:

  • Downloadable App

  • Personalized Nutrition (based on current macro nutrients: Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat)

  • Program built around your goals and current physical condition

  • Program updates when needed

  • Video instructions for each exercise

  • Weekly check-ins

Group Training

All group workouts integrate the entire body and are driven by functional movement. The first class is FREE.

GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - 5:00 p.m.
Upper Body

Thursday - 5:00 p.m.
Lower Body

Saturday - 9:00 a.m.
Total Body

 


The following products are tools that Jerame has used both personally and with his clients. Each item plays a different role in healing, namely in relation to the musculature system and connective tissue. LACROSSE BALL

The massage ball is primarily what myself and all of my clientele use for deeper layers of myofascial release.

THERACANE

The Theracane is use to apply for trigger pointing hard to reach areas. As well as areas that need a fine point to break through resilient tissues of the body.

 

MASSAGE BALL

The 5 inch massage ball is hugely beneficial for covering areas that are too sensitive for the Lacrosse ball. This ball will also be used for any abdominal and rib cage release work.

FOAM ROLLER

The foam roller is more for the beginner stages of self myofascial release. It is a great starting point for when working with your connective tissue. But once the discomfort is no longer present, begin to use one of the more evasive equipment items for your next step.

 

RESISTANCE BAND SET (AT HOME)

This is the protective resistance band set that I recommend for all of my clients to have when traveling or working out at home.

 

HAND ROLLER

The hand roller is perfect for when traveling or to keep in your gym bag. I personally use this for myself at a much faster pace of self myofascial release as well as working on clients.
